Honorable Mention.

Well,  My orange flower painting was hanging at Bellevue University in the Student Show.  Unbelievably it picked up an Honorable Mention award (4th place).  That made my day and was totally unexpected.  One thing I love about my art class is the incredible amount of talent that has filled the room.  It’s certainly an amazing place to be.  It makes me wonder about the world of art.  Is the world of art that BIG that it can fit everyone inside?  What other field of study is like this?  Everyone in art that has a point of view can fit in the community somewhere.   Well, I am inspired to keepworking and painting and pushing.  Congrats to my friend and class mate Jeff…he place second!  Please check out my link to his blog and website, he is seriously talented (jcarnal.com).
